Standard Booking Policies:

General Policies:

Please use your Surname as a reference when making payments. A proof of payment needs to be e-mailed to harritalodge@gmail.com

Booking Policies:

The maximum occupancy of the accommodation at Harrita Lodge is not to be exceeded. NO camping is allowed in the parking areas.

Tariffs and Increases:

The lodge has set rates all year round. Trying to give toursits the most affordable rates at all times.
If any increases are set in place it will be made clear as to when it will take place.


A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required within 5 days of making the booking in order to confirm your reservation or it will be cancelled without notice. The balance is required 30 days prior to arrival. If your booking is made in less than a 30 day period, full payment is required within 24 hours. Should your booking be made within 1 week before arrival then full payment needs to be made on the same day as requested by your reservationist.


Cancellations made between 0-30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the total value of the booking. Cancellations made 30 days and more prior to arrival will forfeit 25% of the total value of the booking.

Change of the dates:

Any reservation requiring a change of date shall be considered a new booking and therefore any new rates and conditions shall apply.


Refunds will be paid within 21 days after a written request. Any package items not used are non-refundable. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals or should the destination not meet the standards of the clients.

Early departure:

No refunds for early departures will be granted.
